Name: TonyMichigan has me curious. Have you any idea how the war on terrorism is playing in the Arab community in Michigan? My hunch is that they would support Bush's efforts to oust Saddam Husein, although there is a chance that I'm way off base on that. If they do support him, I'm wondering if it might be enough to offset the advantage that Detroit gives the Dems in taking the state. What do you think?

Name: MarcIt looks like the only Arabs whose support of Bush has risen are Iraqis. Palestinians and Yemenis are the most anti-Bush. Support for Bush is also much greater among Christian Arabs than Muslim ones. See this piece in the Detroit Free Press.
