Correction--It was not an LCV conference. It was a Federation of State Conservation Voter Leagues conference. It's basically the trade association for state LCVs.

You know, old Gary Hart looks pretty tough in that picture. I'm kind of disappointed he didn't run for president, as there were rumors of him doing. Wouldn't you rather have this guy up there than John Kerry?
