Ralph Friedgen on playing in Morgantown:

"You know they really like us up there," Friedgen said facetiously. "I'll have to dodge the first four whiskey bottles that come out of the stands, and I'm an easy target, so they'll really be throwing them."

He's really not exagerrating. My first year of college, I remember watching a Terps-WVU game on TV at College Park. The ref called a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on WVU for "throwing whiskey bottles on the field".

Here's hoping the Terps beat West Virginia the way West Virginians beat their wives.
